🏅 My Journey and the Birth of Bukim Growth

In 2015, I, Lammuansang Tombing, went through a deep personal crisis marked by severe depression and two suicide attempts. But by the grace of God, I experienced healing and was born again in 2016. That turning point opened my eyes to a powerful truth: our school syllabus often misses out on what truly matters in life. I made a vow—to dedicate my life to learning and teaching the life skills that really make a difference.

Since then, I have read over 500 books and completed more than 50 professional training and certification courses. Driven by a passion to serve, I have conducted over 400 free seminars and training sessions to empower students, parents, and communities.

Through my years of study and interaction, I discovered one common factor behind the growth of every great nation: people-building. When individuals are equipped with the right mindset, skillset, and a commitment to personal development, it leads not just to individual success but also to community and national transformation.

With this vision, I began preparing to start a training center in 2016. On June 5, 2019, I officially opened my office. From 2016 to 2023, I invested nearly 80% of my time and earnings into learning and developing programs that truly impact lives. Now, I am fully committed to running these programs at full scale.

Initially, the office was named "North East Recreation" to reflect the dream of rebuilding lives in our region. Later, it was renamed "Bukim Growth," meaning "Holistic Growth"—because our work spans across all age groups, starting from age 1 and above, covering areas like DMIT tests, psychometrics tests, counselling, training, and seminars.

My goal is to impact 5 million (50 lakh) lives by 2050 through YouTube, seminars, psychometric tests, personal training, and my books. So far, I have trained school teachers, church leaders, students, and local influencers across different districts and states—Manipur, Mizoram, Shillong, Guwahati, Arunachal Pradesh, and Delhi.
